 We worked with Eric and Justine Lieberman on the sale of our home in Toluca Lake. This was by far the easiest experience we have ever had in a real estate transaction. We had multiple offer and all above asking.

They understood our needs and executed everything flawlessly. We were able to stay in our home a month after closing in order for our son to be able to finish up his school year. What a wonderful experience it was to work with these two - talk about a dream team! Ultimately, we got $64K over asking due to their expertise. Eric has been in the business for decades here in LA and he knows his stuff. From the moment we reached out to them to sell our house they were right by our side, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and communicative. We were never in the dark about anything. Justine staged our home with her creative eye and made our nice house into a beautiful, highly desired one. The whole experience was smooth and easy. Even after the sale, they still helped us and actually went above and beyond what was expected.  We were so lucky to have them. You can just tell real estate in their blood.

Eric sold our house, but he did much more than that....he helped relieve the stress of moving by finding us a lease and saving us from having to pay exorbitant rates at a hotel or expensive 'full service' rental. He arranged a great mover, had boxes delivered to us, checked in with us all along the way. No detail was too small for Eric. Eric solves problems, manages expectations, and gives alternatives to just selling a home and moving. He made sure that we were covered all the way. Even as the escrow closed he helped us through the difficult situation of finding a great condo rental and went over the detail of our lease. We honestly miss talking to him everyday and receiving helpful advice. We couldn't recommend Eric any higher. He is the best of the best!

Eric's marketing brought a steady stream of Buyers to my home. He was constantly available to show the home and hold open houses. Additionally, his knowledge of local laws and real estate contracts helped make the sale of my home so much easier. When offers were presented, Eric's advice helped me to recognize who had the most likely probability of closing the transaction.  This is my second home purchase wit Eric as my agent. Eric explained every step of the buying process along the way, including the importance of being pre-approved for a loan before we went out to look for property. I had an impossible situation where I needed to first sell my condo before I could close on the house that I had in escrow. Eric helped to convince the Sellers to have faith in me and between Eric and the listing broker and the Seller it all worked out. Eric was there at every inspection, and negotiated every item that I had issue with. Even after the deal was done, Eric helped me with the ins and outs of moving, referred me to the best service providers and workers in the area and served as my advocate until I was settled in. I could not be happier! 

Justine is so knowledgeable patient and friendly. She has already hit the ground running on helping us find a renter for our property! 10/10 recommend working with these folks you will not be disappointed!
